Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged items:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or are missing items, please notify us at info@milestonescollections.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order and provide the following evidence below. If notified after 5 days of receiving your order we have the right to refuse a refund.

  • Photos of how the order has been delivered in its original packaging 
  • Clear photos showing any damage to the items
  • Clear image of shipping label on the package

Damaged returns are required to be shipped back to us in its original packaging via a supplied paid return label. Once lodged to be shipped a replacement will be sent. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return due to item being damaged or faulty, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@milestonescollections.com.au

Product Materials:

We do our very best to maintain a high quality for our products. Due to the raw nature of the MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), there may be variations in colour. We have also done our best to make sure the MDF items are a secure fit, which can be put together and taken apart. Items may swell if exposed to moisture and heat which may lead to a more difficult fit.

All Mirror acrylic items are one sided only, they have a grey backing which allows it to be engraved. To reduce the risk of marking please store item in its original packaging.
